Discover Sutter Creek
Built during the Gold Rush in 1854, Sutter Creek is one of the best preserved Old West towns in California and was named the Best Town in the Gold Country by Sunset Magazine. It's a peaceful escape with historic sites, antique stores, galleries, unique shops, restaurants, bed & breakfast inns and wine tasting. Nearby you'll find Daffodil Hill, dozens of wineries and beautiful outdoor recreation.
Many of our guests make a weekend of it by staying at one of the local inns, most within three blocks of the theatre. Here are some of our local friends we support and encourage you to visit.
